A special project<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artists are often called upon to create new work that commemorates an event of societal and\/or historical significance.\u00a0 The artists in ART 498:\u00a0 Strategies for Artists were asked to do just that regarding the effects of COVID-19.\u00a0 The parameters for this new work were broad \u2013 students were asked to capture their feelings about our current lives and lifestyles during the pandemic, and were given the option to consider this situation from any perspective \u2013 global, national, local or personal.\u00a0<\/p>\u2013 Cristen Vellicky<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
